Great work this week, and it's good to see a lot of the competitors back in after the tournament. We've got a few seminars coming up, so get ready for those in the next few weeks, and of course the upcoming MMA fights!

Here he is showing off his 40+ inch Vertical Jump. Keep an eye out. Word on the street is Jory will be making a brief return to his old event the decathlon a little later this year!
