We finished off last week strong, and Sara won the Saturday Adult Contest making her the Kicking Champion!
And Stephen Won the Kids today, beating Dylan by 1 kick!

We have another kids and adult Kickboxing testing coming up, and Jason and Helen have fights coming up. Please help keep them motivated and cheer them on! Aaron is back in Kickboxing. I am posting his pic on the net for 1 reason. Please notice the black trash can. That was for him to puke in if needed. Lesson #1, Coming back from a break can be tough. :) We are glad to have him back.



We had a tough yet fun Renegade tonight, filled with olympic lifts, kettlbells and sledgehammers on the tire out back.
It's good to see so many ladies and kids joining all these guys in the class.

In BJJ we had a few people get Tips on their belts recently. Congratulations and Stay focused everyone.
