We'll see you all tomorrow for some training before Turkey Day.

Kids are working hard towards TESTING DECEMBER 2!
Adult Kickboxers have testing Dec 2 as well. We got in some good sparring tonight. Our new location allows for even more sparring room.

THE HEAVY BAG rack and other goodies will be here next week!
More Mat space coming soon too..who knows what else.



We sure had a lot of blue belts in tonight! Keep training hard.
