We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and a nice break! I'm ready to get back to the regular routine of working out.

We worked hard today and put the mirrors from Benton's old space in the Hot Springs location. Enjoy it Monday, all of you Hot Springs folks! Here's a pic from the Iphone since the camera lens cant capture much.



New equipment to the New Benton location hopefully this week. Get in a train Monday, Testing is Tuesay. :)
