We had a really good time at the Kickboxing Camp today.

We worked a lot on defense, attacks, and sparring. Everyone did a great Job!
I got pics of a lot of folks from Revolution but didn't get everyone. Maybe next time. All the fighters got good sparring in, and the recreational folks were able to learn a lot of good techniques and get some sparring in at a comfortable space.

Wes will have some fun new drills for you Hot Springs folks on Monday! Be ready! Wes is doing a great job and we're glad to have him teaching.
